Tantus Pack and Play No 1 Dildo Review

Tantus Pack and Play No 1 Dildo Review, June 2021

Product Information

I was kindly sent the Bad Dragon Dildos and when it comes to silicone dildos, I prefer them soft. The softer the better really, as long as the dildo can still be used easily for penetration. I knew the Pack and Play No 1 was one of Tantus softest dildos and that swung it for me.

The Tantus Pack and Play measures 7 inches in useable length (8 inches total length, including the base.) and has a circumference of 5.5 inches around the glans.

This reduces to a 5 inch circumference around the shaft. It is a realistic looking dildo, with a raised coronal ridge, a shiny silicone glans leading to a more matte silicone shaft and some veining texture to the front of the shaft (The back of the shaft is quite smooth).

The Pack and Play No 1, like all Tantus dildos, comes with a flared, flat base, making it safe for anal use and suitable for strapping into a strap on harness.

It has been made entirely from high quality, body safe silicone, which means it is free from Phthalates and is virtually non-porous. The Pack and Play No 1 can even be sterilized in a 10% bleach solution, or with boiling water, so it can be cleaned thoroughly between orifices or partners.

You will probably find that it will need a quick wash before use, as well as after, because the silicone attracts lots of dust, hair and lint.

I recommend sticking to using water based, or oil based lubricants with the Pack and Play, as some silicone lubricants could potentially damage the surface layer of this toy.

My Experiences With The Tantus Pack And Play No 1

Packing

The Tantus Pack and Play No 1 is probably one of the most versatile dildos available, being suitable for vaginal use, anal use, strap-on play and packing.

It is worth noting though, that the Pack and Play No 1 has been designed with enough rigidity to be used as a functioning dildo and in my opinion, this firmness makes it unsuitable for use as an everyday packing dildo. It is simply too large and too rigid.

I stuck it into my Tantus Intermediate Strap-on harness and wore it underneath my clothes for an hour or two and discovered that the base would often press uncomfortably into my pubic area, when the dildo was squashed into my jeans and the tip would rub at the skin on my hips and belly.

On top of this, it looked like I had a permanent, and rather large, erection, which was visible clearly through clothing. (See pictures.) So, probably not suitable for daily wear, or public wear, but clearly ideal for times when you want a large, hard package to flaunt.

Vaginal

As a standard dildo though? Oh I loved it. I would even say that the Pack and Play No 1 is my favourite Tantus dildo yet. The softer silicone feels more comfortable to insert and to thrust with, compared to firmer silicone dildos and this is because the Pack and Play No 1 flexes and squishes more easily around my internal muscles and pubic bone, so wasn’t any uncomfortable grating, poking or clunking sensations during use.

The silicone even warms up to body temperature fast. It just feels like a more natural, gentle fit and this is one dildo I can thrust hard with, without feeling battered or bruised later. The minimal texture provides a more streamlined, gentle feel, but this dildo is still reasonably large, so it did stretch me slightly and provided a full feeling.

The raised coronal ridge could also be felt as it gently popped past my internal muscles/pubic bone and normally this sensation would slow me down, because it can become slightly uncomfortable, however the super soft silicone reduces the intensity of the ‘pop’ and I found that the raised ridge would brush against my g-spot with minimal effort. It is probably not my favourite g-spot dildo, because I prefer those toys to be slimmer and firmer, but my g-spot was certainly not neglected.

Anal

My partner and I are anal intermediates, or rather, neither of us have ever become comfortable with large anal toys. The Tantus Pack and Play No 1 was verging on both our limits, but we decided to put it to the test anyway because A) I wanted to know if the softer silicone would bend/flex too much and make it difficult to penetrate anally and B)

Any excuse to peg my partner. So put it to the test we did and I am pleased to report that the Pack and play No 1 actually makes for a very enjoyable anal toy. Yes, it does occasionally bend/flex during initial insertion, especially if your angle is not perfect, or if you are not relaxed, and yes, it is a little on the large side and probably not suitable for beginners, but the tapered head helps guide the toy into the anus, gradually stretching the muscles, rather than overloading them all at once and just as I experienced with vaginal penetration, the softer silicone conformed well internally and only caused discomfort if I went too deep (Then again, my partner has never enjoyed longer toys)

Another advantage of the softer silicone is that it feels less intimidating than toys of the same size in a firmer material, so even though it did take some warming up to and lashings of lubricant, my partner found the Pack and Play No 1 to be quite comfortable. It stretched him and the ridge stimulated his p-spot easily.

Summary

The Pack and Play No 1 is an extremely versatile dildo. It does a little of everything and for the most part, it does it really well. The only issue I had with it, was for use as a day to day packing dildo. It just felt a little too cumbersome and noticeable in my pants. For penetration, both vaginally and anally, it was divine.

The Pack and Play No 1 is one of the softer silicone dildos available from Tantus and this does make it feel more comfortable and realistic in use, but bear in mind that this is not a small dildo.

At 5.5 inches in circumference at its largest point, it provided a full sensation and a gently stretched feeling, especially when used for anal sex and I imagine this will be the case with most people, unless you are already comfortable with larger sex toys.

I loved the Tantus Pack and Play No 1. It is definitely one of my favourites. I found it most suitable for vaginal penetration.

I would recommend it to anyone looking for a very high quality, realistic dildo for vaginal, anal or strap on play and if you like it squishy, the Tantus Pack and Play No 1 is the dildo for you. Check out the Pack and Play No 2 if you prefer a more curved dildo.
